(2.5/5) I remember starting this book last year and not being able to get into the story, so putting it down again. This year I wanted to try again, and tbh I’m a bit disappointed with this story. To me it wasn’t interesting and the writing felt a bit all over the place. I finished the book, but I’m just not sure what the most important thing of this story was…. I didn’t particularly like the characters in the beginning, they slowly grew on me but not to that extent that I loved spending time with them. This book wasn’t the right fit for me.
