Ahhhh!
I had to wait until the 2nd half of the duet was out before I could tackle this. I knew I was gonna be too invested, too... everything and that I would need that 2nd half to make me whole.
This story touched pieces of me that I didn’t think was possible. Some of the scenes were just so full of feelings that I couldn’t escape, and I know the teachers at my daughter’s school got an eyeful of me, ugly crying while in the pickup line today. But that didn’t stop me.
Hunter makes me wanna reach out and hug him, and that ending!!!! Ugh! I’m off to the 2nd half now, and I swear, I hope I don’t spend any more time crying, but I make no promises!
