Manga Classics: Pride & Prejudice by Po Tse, Stacy King
3.0

Pride and Prejudice is one of the dearest books to my heart; however, I had mixed feelings about this manga. While I did enjoy it, a lot of what makes me love the original Pride and Prejudice is Elizabeth's witty personality and strength of character, but in this book it just didn't seem like the writer nailed who she was. There was a lot of crying, emotion, and falling around in drama. If you like P&P, this is a fun, quick read. However, if you haven't yet read the book, please don't base your opinion of it on this manga--it's so, so much better than what's here.
