Camino Ghosts brings the usual Camino Island characters to a new adventure with a literary and legal new angle. Grisham knows those areas well and I enjoyed those portions. Unfortunately, some of the book felt mailed in without passion or urgency. In particular, the conversations and relationship between Mercer and her new husband conveyed a bored dynamic. The book also felt like it was long enough to be published and ended quickly and conveniently. 3 stars.
