“There's zero correlation between being the best talker and having the best ideas.”
As a person who tends to talk a LOT in any group situation, it is hard to explain how much this book shifted my perspective and thinking. It affected my classroom, my evaluation of students, my friendships, and yes, honestly, my marriage. I still think about it and drop it into conversation regularly. Required reading for everyone--maybe, especially, the extroverts among us. (Edit, 6/4/18)

Original review: This was an eye-opening book for me: the introversion/extroversion spectrum explains so much about people's behavior. Super readable and fascinating - I've been referring to it in conversation at least once a day for weeks.
