Jen & Cash’s Story
Great introduction to the SEAL team guys and their wives or girlfriends for this first book in the Out of Uniform series.
Jen is the daughter of an Admiral and sister of a SEAL Commanding Officer. She is adamant not dating or having relationship with a man in the military. She desires her partner to be more available and not have worry or anxiety about reconnecting after her man returns from deployment. Lucky enough, Jen meets hot stuff, Cash McCoy in a bar. Unfortunate circumstances turn their encounter into a short one, yet leaves an impression on the other. These two finally reconnect and it’s game on! Cash is a SEAL and his CO is none other than Jen’s older brother. From this point on, it’s a lot of good steamy scenes mixed with a bit of mystery thanks to Jen’s stalker.
All in all, another well written romance from Elle Kennedy. There’s romance, steam, one M/M scene that leads to a M/F/M scene plus a HEA. I don’t think the M/M scene added to the story but perhaps it sets the tone for another book in the series.
I read this book at bedtime over a few nights. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a story that’s in the spicy romance genre.
