This book was incredibly endearing, and I loved River, Juno, and Jess so much. I loved seeing how nerdy and shy they both were, and it was refreshing to see a single mom be the main character of a romance novel. River and Juno's scenes together melted my heart completely. Also, I loved seeing some decent STEM representation that wasn't an unbelievable workplace romance (sorry, Ali Hazelwood). I desperately wish this app could be a real thing, and I think Christina Lauren do a great job of showing us how naturally and unexpectedly River and Jess's feelings grow. They show up for each other (...mostly), build their own little universe, and they show how healthy, supportive love can be. I was crying my eyes out toward the end, and that's just a sign of how strongly I felt about these two. Immediately picking up Fizzy's story.

Side note: I'm so used to romantasy where the asshole MMC is an asshole because he has the weight of the world on his shoulders. It's cute how in these romances the MMC is an asshole because he's a lil misunderstood shy boi.
