Even though it's not my usual genre, I really enjoyed this thriller.
The voice acting was superb and brought the characters to life, and the story itself was gripping from start to finish. Sarah's perspective and her struggles with her deteriorating health were incredibly well captured, and the usage of unreliable narrators gave the story an extra kick.
I saw the the big twist a long time coming, but did not expect the second, smaller twist, so that was a nice surprise. What I didn't like was the "deus ex machina" moment near the ending, which felt a bit cheap and wrapped up the tense story too quickly.
Overall good suspense and and perfect for the audiobook format.
