I’m not usually an avid Mafia Romance reader. However, one of the tasks for a reading challenge I’m doing was to read a Mafia Romance. So, I picked this book that I’d seen popping up in my Amazon searches for a while. Overall, I enjoyed my reading.

Was it perfect? No. Was it repetitive? Yes. Was there too much repetition of the same expressions for my liking? Definitely. Still, I devoured this book fairly quickly.

I was amused by Aurora and her petty sins. Angelo didn’t annoy me too much for an alphahole, and I would have liked more moments with Tor, because honestly, he was probably the funniest character in the book – with Rafe a close second.

I would recommend this book to an informed adult readership. Please check the TWs before you start reading.
