wow. an incredibly poignant and important story that everyone should experience. i personally wouldn’t classify this as horror though. that’s not to say that some of the things depicted aren’t horrifying, because they are, but not in a “horror” kind of way, if that makes any sense. i would call it paranormal historical fiction, but that’s just me. all that said, i highly recommend!!
