Somebody's Daughter by Ashley C. Ford

dark emotional inspiring reflective medium-paced

5.0

This is one of the most insightful, poignant, and honest memoirs I've ever read. It's awe-inspiring how thoughtfully and lovingly the author remembers and writes about her life, even when recounting some very heavy moments and relationships in her life. I loved this and didn't want to put it down and I definitely shed a few tears at the end. I wish I had her courage. I loved this, and I loved the interview with Clint Smith at the end of the audiobook as well, definitely worth the listen. 5 stars!
