Hail Mary by Nicole Dykes

This was a really really lovely story with a lot of unexpected tenderness.
I adored how smitten Rowan was about Benny, despite his tough and cold behaviour.
And Benny was really like a ray of sunshine, always determined to show Rowan how good they can be together (his parents are amazing too).
The sex scenes are incredibly intimate, emotional and very sweet. Overall I loved the vibes of this book, even with all Rowan's struggles that I found very well written.
The only thing that prevented me from giving a higher rate was the anticlimatic ending: it was like all just disappeared. It made the drama look unnecessary.

I hope next story will be about Vaughn and Austin, nerd/jock is one of my favourite trope.
Very recommended.

I received an ARC of this book from Gay Romance Reviews and this is my honest review.
