I get that bi-erasure and biphobia were major themes of the book, but for me they were leant into far too hard to make that point. The first half was just plain uncomfortable for me to read as a bi woman myself, though it did get a bit better in the second half. Also, writing a book about how biphobia is bad and then having your bi MC steamroller her long-term boyfriend into an open relationship so she can sleep with women as well... it's a choice. 

Also, a lot of the characters in here were pretty unlikeable. It's a shame, because you don't see many books about questioning and coming out as queer from an adult perspective and I would have liked to be able to recommend one.
