Better than I expected. I liked Preston a lot more than I thought I would, and he goes through a lot of character growth (character growth he really needed). However, I don’t think the part of the story regarding Sydney’s strict parents and them basically controlling her life was exactly my Cup of tea… Though I do like her character-wise, and she too grows throughout the book, becoming as strong as independent as she always should‘ve been, following her dreams.
