Elon Musk by Walter Isaacson

informative

3.5

I always like Isaacson’s deep dives but I didn’t love his handling of the Twitter saga. You could read his own biases into the event and it felt like it was dragged out longer than the other parts. It could also be because it’s the most recent drama so felt bigger than it really was. To wit, history will most likely remember Musk for his cars and rockets with Twitter being a side note. But bc Twitter is more politically charged it felt like the book made a bigger of it than needed to be.
