As I said on my review of the Storm Born Comics, Volume 1 and 2, I am a HUGE Richelle Mead fan and her Dark Swan series is one of my favorite Urban Fantasy series EVER! THey were actually one of the first I have ever read and they have stuck with me ‘til this day. I was thoroughly impressed with Volume 1 and 2, that when I got a chance to read Volume 3, I was like “HELL YES!” LOL

First of all I have to say that it is very hard to review something so short. I mean, each Volume has around 32 pages and not much plot content at all.

However, it is quite spectacular to be able to see such amazing drawings and representations of characters I absolutely adore and this latest Volume was NOT an exception!

Storm Born is definitely an great example of that and the images are amazingly done and the the story is very well constructed to both include enough backstory and action to make you not want to put it down.

In this newest installment we finally get to see Dorian! OMG, the King is here LOL. So funny to look at him now, after all that has happened in the series and see him like the first time I saw him. I love him NOW, but at that time, I so didn’t hehe.

I still believe that both Dark Swan fans and newcomers will LOVE these and I will continue to totally recommend them! I cannot wait for the next volumes!
