Thank you to Sunny Babe PR and Mariah Goodwin for providing me with an advanced readers copy in exchange for an honest review! Also to them for being patient with me in getting this review up, I've added some more stuff on my plate recently so I'm working on my time management currently!

I adore hockey romances and I loved the ADHD representation in this book. I typically am not a fan of the second chance or miscommunication trope however this book balanced the angst and fluff perfectly for me. Character growth is so important to me when it comes to romance books and we see them both mature and understand one another better.

Blake is now my go to representation for a man who understands how to grovel. He put in so much effort to dissolve her fears and worries and showed his compassionate side not just for her but for those around her as well. This is an interconnected standalone so his relationship with the rest of their found family makes me want to read the others immediately and 👀 the ending means looking out for book 3.

I think this book could’ve been rated higher without some of the references because I’m not a swiftie so I kinda spent some time listening to the music to understand the vibes or googling specific things to understand, however they weren’t that important I just get massive FOMO lol.
