My thoughts: Page 19 of 348 - This is exciting already. I'm thrilled to learn Donetta will have a POV in this book. I think the I loved Imagene's POV more than Mandalay's in the first book and that's what was missing in the second book. Heck, she had me sold at cruise! 🛳
97 - This so cruel! Got me all hot for a cruise and I'm stuck on a road trip. 😒 I need to get out of this car and I'm actually in a bed. 8 chapters down and all feature driving or riding in a van. 😞
120 - I don't like it. Lol. I'm hope there is a scene change in the next chapter.
 146 - Nothing yet!
221 -  I am not saying that this isn't a good book, it's decent enough. I'm just saying that you don't offer a reader a cruise trip and then take it away. I'm going to keep reading but if there is not a cruise vacation before the end of this book I'm gonna be really upset. 😡
This story was more heartfelt than the previous books. It was a little slower paced but what bothered me and cost it an entire star, because it affected my enjoyment of the storyline, was I thought I was going on a vacation and instead I spent the entire book dealing with a hurricane party. I do not want to read about trying to find gas because a storm is coming after I've got my mind set on a cruise. I think if I had not been hearing this trip being planned since the first book I would have able to move on, but since they talked about it through 3 books, I was ready. What replaced the cruise was not pleasant and gave me dreadful flashbacks of traffic and empty gas stations.
Recommend to others?: Maybe. The story was sweet enough but not my favorite.
