So, this was my first Alexandria House reading and I was NOT expecting to be sucked in so fast! The first part of the book was kind of slow for me, but it obviously picked up. I felt that Jo & Ev’s love was kind of…rushed, but it worked for them. They didn’t play games with one another. There was never a time where they’d leave one another and come back, or hurt one another or be unfaithful. It was just one of those rare moments for them where you meet someone and everything just…clicks. I got that towards the end. Now, let me move to book two to see what Leland taum bout. Lol!
