This book is perfect for people who loved the Labyrinth movie but grew up to want their fairy tales a little darker. The book is excellently written. Effy and Preston’s story was expertly woven with the fictional world of the fairy king. I loved the concept of two students uncovering the mystery of their favourite author’s text.
