Thank you to the author for sending me this ARC in exchange for an honest review. I really enjoyed the premise of this book, and found many of the scenes captivating and enjoyable. But it felt extremely… juvenile. From the writing style to the characters’ personalities to even the name of the main superhero (The Amazing Boy). I unfortunately found myself getting the ick quite a bit. But I do love that there is both pansexual and demisexual representation and that the MMC is so accepting and willing to wait until the FMC is comfortable to make a move. Overall, I think this book was okay, but I do not think that I was the correct audience. I think this book will be fantastic for younger readers that like comic books and superheroes, and/or are figuring out their sexuality/want more pan and demi representation in books.
