I loved this book! It really took me back to my middle school vampire/werewolf obsession although let’s be real, I’m 30 and the obsession is clearly still there. 

I loved the story, it was a very easy read and I loved how fast paced it was! It was exactly what I needed at the moment and actually didn’t see the plot twist coming at all! I found myself loving Misery (and honestly I just love that name) so much and loving all the characters (that are meant to be loved). Based on reviews I was expecting this to be extra smutty butttt it wasn’t and Ali has wayyy more smutt in her other books, imo. IApparently this is supposed to be a series which I’m very excited about as the world is interesting and I want to know more lol I’m not sure how I feel about vampires not being immortal but whatever.

I think it wasn’t a five star cause Lowe wasn’t doing it for me. Not in a bad way, like he’s a fine guy but again…didn’t do much for me! I’m excited to read more!!!
