Dianna is the kind of FMC I LIVE for. Sassy, funny, morally grey, dragon shifter with an attitude. The tension and slow burn with a true enemies to lovers MMC was also chef's kiss. I loved the world with all the different types of baddie monsters and perfect for me mix of romance build up and plot. It could have probably been cut down as in it didn't need to be 600 pages but I still enjoyed it and was able to read it fairly quick for a book of that size. The sister stuff got a lil' too repetitive for me but maybe because I don't have siblings so I don't get it *shrug* But I'm very much looking forward to reading the next one.
Graphic: Death, Violence, Blood, War
Moderate: Torture, Grief
Minor: Emotional abuse, Death of parent, Gaslighting
