The book discusses every aspect of love. How people are attracted towards each other, how chemicals and hormones in our body play a vital role in it, what happens after someone gets into a relationship, what are the important factors that keep a relationship alive, what is a toxic relationship, how mental health effects because of this and everything that revolves around this topic.
There are four fictional case studies given in the book which I adore the most because when information and things you want to tell and convey are portrayed by a story, the connection with the information has a deep and long-lasting effect. The information than feels more interesting, engaging, and intriguing, and not some feel like facts. And that's why I liked that portion most. The case studies here tell important and key factors that help to keep the relationship alive if it's not toxic and how to identify toxic relationships.
This is a short but power-packed book rich in content. I will recommend it to everyone who wants to know more about relationships and the psychology behind them. I will say it is essential reading. The language of the book is also simple so it is beginner-friendly too.
