Karen White is one of my favorite authors. In the end, this one didn’t disappoint, although it didn’t get going for me until the last 1/3 if the book.
Heather was such an unlikeable character and Merilee seemed way too smart to believe this woman was a friend. It almost made me put the book down a few times. This ‘Small town Georgia’ is far too relatable to me.
Great job, Karen. In the end, as with most all of your books, I felt like the characters were my friends.
