I ended up being glad I read the book and the last part was quite interesting as things began to weave together, but I found a lot of the book boring and slow and didn't really like any of the characters, except for Olive who I liked ok. And I found Mirella's section interesting even though I didn't super like her. The philosophical issues at stake weren't that interesting to me and the ending confused me a little. LIke first, the anomaly is happening in Oklahoma because two Gaspbury's talking to each other. Ok, I can buy it. But then the Cayette ones are not in that same moment in time right? like they are way earlier? But just because Gaspbury was ever there that's why? I didn't get the logic.
