3 stars until the last 100 pages, then 4 stars. the ending has my mouth agape, but i still wish the writing was slightly less wattpad. will be finishing the trilogy.
trin is an extremely likable female protagonist with multiple horrifying one liners. christianity flows through the book, not in a missionary attempt to convert you way, but in a lore about the darker parts of the bible way. it is captivating to see bibical characters, whom are portrayed in the bible as only good, written in a dark manner.
