My only criticisms of this book:

1) The author talks about wanting to save the environment by being practicing empathy, yet in the next chapter he advocates a diet consisting of fish. Seafood is one of the worst things ga you can eat if you’re looking to save the environment.

2) He also mentions using more coconut oil in preparing food claiming that it is great for the brain’s development. He even suggests having a teaspoon every day in your coffee. What he doesn’t mention is coconut oil is insanely bad for your cholesterol and will fast track you to a heart attack.
