This is the third and last book of the Shades of Magic trilogy, and I loved it! I'm feeling incredibly sad now that it's over because I loved all of the characters and their journeys. Highly recommend it for those that want a magic filled fantasy read with interesting characters, touching relationships and different worlds.
This was the heftiest of the series at 640 pages, whew. Thankfully I never really felt bored at any point. This book took me through highs and lows (WOO, the lows) and the whole range of feels and I loved every moment. I loved learning more about the characters and seeing them grow and seeing their relationships evolve.
Looking forward to The Fragile Threads of Power!
Rhy totally shined here and I loved it. The love he had for his people made my heart burst. He really grew into the role of king and I felt so proud for him
I'm still a little sad that Kell decided not to look into his past. I respect the decision but uh hello, I need answers!
