i absolutely hated this book. here’s a list of what i disliked (because there’s way to much):
- quarter moon smile, wtf is it and i never want to hear that again
- bi but doesn’t care about her potential male love interest, there was so much potential with the fake engagement and they just never address is character and their relationship, as a bi person this was incredibly disappointing because it felt like a lesbian mc so just don’t make her bi if you don’t want her to actually date men too 🤷🏼‍♀️
- why is she demisexual ? it had no impact on her relationships so why is it even a point
- wayyy to much tell, i don’t need you to describe something then immediately undermine it with a point blank tell of what you described, took me out of the book
- brand name dropping. it was just annoying and unnecessary
- so repetitive. after three chapters i wanted the book to be over i couldn’t stand the constant repetition
- execution in general, there was so much potential with the storyline but everything just fell flat for me
- the main character is so whiny i wanted to read about anyone else but her

what i did like:
- queer rep (although the bi and demi rep of the mc was horrible which is disappointing)
