The environment and world building was rich, and lush. The people beautiful, and melanated. The relationships intense and messy. Basically, a great time.
I really wish I hadn't let people's opinions sway me and read this sooner. There's a lot of mixed reviews but I personally really liked it.
There was a high level of general angst and dramatic revels but I’m into it.
For the readers that need it clarified this is true enemies to lovers.
I’m looking forward to book 2.
