Wow! What a freaking great book! I wish this author would come out with more stories. He has true talent. I started this book and could not put it down. He captured the nostalgia of childhood so well, and made the focus of the story so freaking creepy. I get that many readers are frustrated by the questions left at the end, but as a whole, this was a unique and compelling read. I wish that Dathan would wrote (“would wrote”?! Would have written!) more creepy stories like this. I put him in the same arena as the Duffer Bros and their talent in telling a story filled with nostalgia. What an experience that I was glad to have. ❤️
