Someone Else's Ocean by Kate Stewart
5.0

Its storytelling like this is why I love reading. Such a beautiful and emotional love story. It actually made my stone heart feel a little. I love stories like that, I tend to remember them for a long time and want to reread them because of it. This would make a great movie.

“Everyone is a glass house, it’s up to you to decide who to give the rocks to.” <—- favorite quote!

Life has knocked Koti and Ian down. They both went through some pretty stressful and heartbreaking things and they’re just...lost. I loved watching them heal each other on the island, it was so real. Oh, and that epilogue. Ack, I can’t even with that epilogue. No, I’m not crying, you’re crying! I heart Ella!

“Love stories aren’t always perfect. They can wreak havoc on the heart and distort the soul.”

This story gave me the warm fuzzies, I loved every minute of it. I also can’t wait to read Jasmine’s story. Not only was she fun, she’s an amazing best friend.
