We Measure the Earth with Our Bodies by Tsering Yangzom Lama

An Intergenerational saga following a family displaced and dispossessed of their home and heritage in multiple iterations. I love the cyclical and ephemeral -often mythical- narrative that is so reflective of oral storytelling cultures. As a diasporic SEA Buddhist, the reflections, metaphors, and struggles really hit home.
