This is by far my favourite Cassandra Clare book so far! Having read the first three books in The Mortal Instruments series, this is so much better written.
We explored so many characters' backgrounds, coupled with the unpredictable twists, I was always hooked.
This book is close to a 5* read for me, the only problem is that the characters were way too similar to The Mortal Instruments. I have seen better reviews on the rest of the series, so I am hopeful!
