Escaping Reality by Lisa Renee Jones

Wow, I was a little skeptical coming into this book, because it just seemed a little cheesy. I"m not sure why but it did. This book was waaaaaaay better than I expected. I figured it would be romance with a little plot, and at first that's what it seemed to be. Then the plot took over, I"m dying to know what's going on with Amy! She's had a really hard life and after meeting Liam I was really hopeful that her luck was going to be changing. There were even a few times I was annoyed because she wasn't trusting him like I thought she should. Wow, clearly I was wrong. I"m sure there is going to be a good explanation for what Liam was doing, but honestly I"m mad on her behalf right now. I don't know if he's just trying to protect her, but digging through her stuff is not cool. It's creepy. I really liked Liam so of course I'm hoping it's something easily explained, but I'm still really not okay with that. I'm giving it an extra star because the mystery part of it plays such a big role in the plot. It's unusual to find a book that does romance and plot so well.
