The Missing of Clairdelune by Christelle Dabos

5.0

Just like the first one, this book take a few chapters to really get into the meat and potatoes. Once it does though, it really sucks you in. The author does a fantastic job of sprinkling in little details that seem inconsequential at the time of first reading but come rushing back to you as the mystery unravels. I also think the way the author handles romance is really refreshing and honest. The way characters express their feelings is genuinely awkward and stumbling, but in a way that feels relatable and funny.
