This book is a fantastic collection of short stories from the writers of Dragon Age, set within the world of Thedas. Out of all the stories in this book there were only two I found to be dry and that was just due to personal pet peeves with writers quirks (still excellent authors, though!). It's a fantastic mix of genres all within one book -- my favourites being 'The Wigmaker Job', 'Callback', 'May the Dread Wolf Take You', and 'Eight Little Talons' for a fantastic play on the murder-in-a-mansion trope topped with a satisfying parlour scene. Great read :)
