Wow oh wow, this book went right into and I’m OBSESSED already.
Red already has my heart, the snarky attitude is everything. I think I need a barbed wire necklace nos, scratch that, I know I do 😮💨. Accidental pregnancy tropes have my heart, not even going to lie, I don’t hate it. The tattoos, the reason, my heart hurts for Red. Will forever refer to Red as a “growly farm dog” and Cass a “barn cat” 😂. The name change from Red to Chase, I can’t handle it. Chase Thompson is nothing short of a love sick puppy and I’m in love with him for it.
Friends with benefits never works out and I can’t wait for these to admit they’re in love already, patiently waiting.
“I know we’re playing with fire. But, fuck, we burn so good.” I’m dying, someone get me a bucket of water 😭.
It I could punch Cassidy’s dad I would, I know he’s being a protective father but the Chase slander will not be tolerated; his childhood is not his fault and he’s doing everything he can to rise above that.
Why do men always make decisions for the woman, why cent they just ask what they want and admit what and who they want, come on Chase!
Finally, he admits it, my heart, Chase is a man who knows how to speak and does it well 😩
The body positivity in this book is amazing, the way Chase speaks to Cass every time she’s worried about her body is a breath of fresh air. He’s so sweet with her and it’s amazing to see it represented in this way.
