The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne

4.0

This was one of the few books assigned by English teachers that I actually enjoyed. I don't think I would have read this story if it wasn't assigned. It had amazing metaphors and it brought to light a couple of different things. Such as judgment, hope, confession, etc. Everything that was mentioned in this book was insightful and really good. I recommend this if you don't mind super long paragraphs and an interesting look at the world.
