Hello Beautiful
by Ann Napolitano
This one was a slow burn for me and I contemplated throwing in the towel for the first 40% because it was so slow. Once things started picking up, I was able to finish the last half of the book in just a couple of days.
The book follows four sisters from childhood into adulthood. The timeline was well spaced out even though the story covered 40ish years. The characters were well-developed and each had their own individual storylines that were weaved together with other family members.
Overall, this was a good and well-written book, and I’m glad I pushed through. I’m starting to realize that these drama-like books aren’t my favorite, so I really need to be in the right mood to read them.
