My Review:
I read this book because my 9 year old handed to me and told me it’s her favorite book ever and that I have to read it. “It’s gonna make you laugh and then your going to want to cry, I already know your going to cry! I cried! But don’t worry it’s cute, your going to love it Mom!”. So I promised I’d finish it by the end of the night & that’s exactly what I did. Winn Dixie is a beautiful tale about how a lonely girl finds the greatest friend in a dog that comes crashing into her life within a grocery store. And of course, just as my 9 year old said (she knows how much I’m a sucker for dogs), I loved it.
