So it’s not a bad book, I found it rather enjoyable. Slightly predictable but hey, sometimes you just need slightly predictable. However, I’ve said it before about Lucinda Riley’s characters and I will say it again…. These people need to start talking! I’m rather annoyed at how little the characters communicate but then again perhaps half the book would have been gone if they communicated better who knows 🤷♀️
I also found the “plottwist” (if you can even call it that) of Alicia rather thin veiled. It could have done with some more elaboration perhaps
