Hopeless
by Colleen Hoover
This isn't just a love story it's also a survival story. Man oh man this is the second book I've read by Colleen Hoover and so far I'm loving her work. I love everything about this book because like in Confess the paths of two strangers cross and they realize they are connected in ways that they don't even know. They share the same hurt, grief and loss which ultimately binds them together. The times I teared up for little Hope knowing they're so many Hope's out there just hoping and praying that they meet their Karen. Unfortunately they are the ones like Les who can't be saved because someone stole their innocence. However, I found comfort in knowing that Holder finally found out why his sister took her life and was able to put the lingering questions he had to rest. I look forward to reading Losing Hope.
