This was my least favorite of the series so far. I prefer the books where the mystery has more of an impact on the town, and the only impact I can see comes at the very end of the book. I feel like the ending was so abrupt with the last second revelation as well. I was more shocked that my audiobook had ended than I was by the end of the book! The mystery was ok, it was another one where someone from out of town is killed so most of the suspects are new characters. This is my preference, but I like the books where it is someone from Lake Eden who dies because I feel like we get to lean more about the town and its residents more.
