Bestseller: A Century of America's Favorite Books by Robert McParland

3.0

I was hoping for this to be an interesting read that delved into the psychology and history of what provokes us to read what we read. Instead, it was a list. A long list of books that rotated on and off bestseller lists. A list dryly presented and ending with a line indicative of the rest of this book, "Bestsellers can tell us something about our popular culture life."
