5.0

Great collective exploration of longevity. felt redundant near the end due to past reading on entire books devoted to nutrition/sleep but, especially for someone who is first entering this space, this is really valuable.

The exercise discussion is potentially the most valuable part of this book along with his “Medicine 3.0” framework.

Intensely researched, but also has the right amount of doubt and commentary regarding research - understanding that a lot of these questions are difficult if not downright impossible to answer with traditional research methods.

Leaving this book with actionable changes for my life and it has also underscored past takeaways from other books - repetition is often key for the need for a change to sink in.
