While I enjoyed this book, I'm not sure it is exactly the best book on Leadership. It is geared more towards entrepreneurship and the leadership piece seemed to be an after thought. I think that Branson is obviously incredibly successful, smart, innovative, and a visionary and obviously has some leadership skills but most of his nuggets of wisdom aren't particularly revolutionary, but I suppose good tips to keep in mind in the world of business.
