House of Earth and Blood by Sarah J. Maas

5.0

This book wounded me… like a lot. I honestly don't even know where to commence with this review. I have been sidestepping this book for the longest time solely based on its size, but after finishing it I honestly wish it was so much longer. I am so delighted that there is a second book and a third one coming out in February next year. This book was immaculate, the story was immaculate, the characters were immaculate, the action and spice were immaculate, EVERYTHING WAS SO GOD DAMN IMMACULATE. If you haven't read this yet, go get this book, completely clear your schedule, and consume it right this second. I don't even think that I have the brain compacity to go into depth with this review, and sit here and nitpick the story to tell you all about the most remarkable things about this book. All I have to say, as commented just before, is run and read this book right now, you will not regret it at all. I believe this has definitely dethroned a few books and series and has become my utmost favourite book and series of all time.

“That's the point of it, Bryce. Of life. To live, to love, knowing that it might all vanish tomorrow. It makes everything that much more precious.”
