This book was unlike anything I've read, or at least anything that comes to mind. Compelling characters, unusual situations, a few too many unanswered questions. I definitely will be reading more of the Company in the future!!

I appreciated this book even more on the reread. This time I will be diving into the rest of the Company series over the next few months and I am anxious to follow Mendoza through time and around the world to see how she develops.
